the wonderful Hannah from French Kiss Vintage rocking super duper plastic Chanel earrings on sunday.

so sad to hear the news, McQueen was a genius and along with John Galliano, one of my all time favorite designers, I have always earmarked this Lady Haversham dress from 2006 in my memory, its not one of his most remembered seasons or his most spectacular by a long stretch, but it was my favorite. R.I.P Lee McQueen. S.x

John Galliano is my absolute fave, and his S/S 10 show last week was a good un' i'd pick this charcoal dress and add the top hat from other looks earlier on in the show, very english, very aristocratic. but I'd beg him to let me borrow this dress from couture 08...
if I wanted to go completely over the top, i'd pick anything from Victor and Rolfs S/S 10 collection but in particular this yellow frill explosion,

my last post, plus me new 'do', plus my favourite song at the moment...gainsberg purists look away now... plus the fact she's married to the future mr stephens (i jest, barney. s.x) pluuuuussss the fact she is a totally weird looking babe - means Karen Elson was my scribble of the day.
This is for my good friends at French Kiss Vintage. The first for an ongoing monthly column, about vintage bettys, having just dyed my previously platinum blonde locks bright red for the 2010, the beautiful Joan Holloway character from Mad Men is currently my ultimate Belle de Jour.
